Much of his work today is facilitating the rapid performance increase of management teams which is usually required in the countdown to exit.

Per Roman is a partner of GP Bullhound Ltd., a leading technology investment bank. Prior to founding GP Bullhound, he worked in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers Inc. focused on technology mergers & acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. He also has experience from the software industry where he held various roles both in Europe and the US for Autodesk, Inc., the global leader in PC based Computer Aided Design.

Tony is a founding investor in Springboard Accelerator, a shareholder / board member of Lingospot Inc, and ScreenReach Ltd. He is also a shareholder in P2i Labs, Minimonos, apiary.io, Hubflow, PlayMob and a board adviser to Upstream Systems.

Previously he was Group Managing Director of Bauer Digital one of the world's largest privately owned media companies where he played a key role in the €1.4BN M&A integration of EMAP Plc.

As a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, and based in London, Tina co-chairs the firm’s European Emerging Technologies and Venture Capital Practice.  She advises both public and private clients in the US and Europe on a broad range of matters, including public and private capital raising transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and other commercial and financial transactions.  

Bernard joined Logitech in 1992, and has been in charge of Corporate Business Development at the company since 1997. Among his activities, Bernard is involved in the pursuit of new business opportunities, including M&A, Corporate Venturing and Technology Licensing. Bernard also serves as board member and/or advisor for numerous high-tech startups across Europe. Bernard holds a BA in Engineering and an MBA in Finance and International Management from the University of San Francisco Business School.
